Assembly Tea - Taiwan, Gaba

This tea is farmed organically and hand picked, it is a Spring harvest Oolong from the Yu family tea garden, Nantou country in Central Taiwan. It’s also really unique tasting - lots of fruit and herbs with a buttery mouth feel and golden liquor.

Available in 60 gram canisters.

For the best results brew at 90 degrees for 3 minutes. Use a dose of 1.9 grams per 100 ml of water. The leaves can be infused multiple times and the flavours develop and evolve well over two steeps.
